Delete your Efikas ERP for Carwash account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Efikas ERP for Carwash account, and exactly what happens to your data afterward.

How to request deletion

    Log in

    Open Efikas ERP for Carwash — on the web at your usual app URL, or on the mobile app — and sign in to your account.

    Go to Profile

    From the main menu, open Profile (under Settings on mobile).

  3. 3

    Select "Delete Account"

    Scroll to the Danger Zone section and tap or click "Delete Account".

    Confirm with your password

    Enter your password and submit to confirm the request.

Can't log in? Email support@efikaserp.com from your registered email address with the subject “Account Deletion Request”, including your registered phone number, and we'll process it manually.

What gets deleted, what's kept, and for how long

30-day grace period

Once you submit a deletion request, you're signed out of every device immediately, but your account isn't removed right away. You have 30 days to change your mind — simply log back in and select “Cancel deletion request” from Profile Settings to keep your account.

Deleted after the grace period

Your name, email address, phone number, and password are permanently removed and anonymized. You will no longer be able to log in, and your personal profile is no longer identifiable in the system.

Retained — business & financial records

Efikas ERP for Carwash is business accounting software: sales, invoices, expenses, payroll entries, and ledger/audit records created while you used the app belong to the business's statutory records, not solely to your personal account. These are retained as required by applicable financial and tax record-keeping law (up to 7 years) even after your personal account is deleted. If you are the sole owner of a business, that business is archived (not erased) for the same reason.
